Choose the delivery method that suits you best from our various options.
Shipping costs are specified at the time of ordering, depending on the option chosen. Orders cannot be canceled or modified after shipment.

France

Free delivery is offered for orders over €100.

  • Delivery to a collection point via Mondial Relay
    Your order will be delivered to a collection point within 3 to 5 days once it has been picked up by the sender. You will receive an email as soon as your package is picked up by our carrier and again when it is available for collection.
  • Standard delivery via Colissimo
    Your order will be delivered to your home within 3 to 5 days once it has been picked up by the sender. You will receive an email as soon as your package is picked up by our carrier, and again upon delivery.

Europe

  • Standard Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your home within 3 to 5 days. You will receive an email as soon as your package is picked up by our carrier.
  • DHL home delivery: Your order will be delivered to your home via DHL within 2 to 5 days after confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

For orders shipped to Switzerland and Norway, payment of local taxes is required upon receipt.

Great Britain

Payment of local taxes is required upon receipt.

  • Standard Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your home within 3 to 5 days. You will receive an email as soon as your package is picked up by our carrier.
  • Express home delivery: Your order will be delivered to your home via postal service within 3 to 8 days after confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • DHL home delivery: Your order will be delivered to your home via DHL within 2 to 5 days after confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

United Arab Emirates and Qatar:

Payment of local taxes is required upon receipt.

  • DHL home delivery: We ship your order within 2 to 3 days via DHL, but customs checks may delay delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

United States and Canada:

  • DHL home delivery: We ship your order within 2 to 3 days via DHL, but customs checks may delay delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

You will be asked to pay import taxes from France upon receipt.


Asia and Oceania:

What are our preparation times?

Each order is processed during business days. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following week. Our orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

You will receive an email confirming the processing of your order as soon as it is ready, as well as a confirmation of its dispatch with a tracking number for your package.

How to return my order:

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt to request a return. Products must be unused, undamaged, and unsoiled, and returned in their original packaging. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply write to us, indicating your order number and the reason for your return. Due to the classification of our products as hazardous materials, return shipping costs for orders shipped outside of France are the responsibility of the customer.
