Deliveries & Returns

Choose the delivery method that suits you from our various options.
Shipping costs are specified at the time of ordering based on the chosen option. No order can be cancelled or modified once shipped.

We deliver to a large number of countries. Where legislation permits, we calculate your customs fees for you at checkout and add them to the total amount of your order. If customs fees show €0 in your cart even though you are outside the European Union (with the exception of Norway), it is likely that payment of local taxes will be required upon receipt.

Customs duties are government controlled and represent charges based on the nature and value of goods or, in some locations, a flat rate based on the weight of your order.

France

Delivery is free for orders over €100.
If the order amount is less than €100, shipping costs for France are €7 for home delivery with Colissimo, and €5 for relay point delivery with Mondial Relay.

  • Relay point delivery via Mondial Relay
    You will be delivered to a relay point within 3 to 5 days once the order has been picked up by the sender. An email will be sent to you as soon as your package is picked up by our carrier, as well as when it is made available.

  • Standard delivery via Colissimo
    You will be delivered to your home within 3 to 5 days once the order has been picked up by the sender. An email will be sent to you as soon as your package is picked up by our carrier, as well as upon delivery.

Europe

  • Standard delivery: You will be delivered to your home within 3 to 5 days once the order has been picked up by the sender. An email will be sent to you as soon as your package is picked up by our carrier.

For orders shipped to Switzerland, Norway and Monaco, payment of local taxes is required upon receipt.

Great Britain

  • Standard home delivery: You will be delivered to your home within 3 to 5 days once the order has been picked up by the sender. An email will be sent to you as soon as your package is picked up by our carrier.

Payment of local taxes is required upon receipt.

Maghreb:

  • Colissimo home delivery: We ship your order within 2 to 3 days but customs controls may delay delivery. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number.

Middle East:

  • Colissimo home delivery: We ship your order within 2 to 3 days but customs controls may delay delivery. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number.

Payment of import taxes from France will be requested upon receipt for certain countries in this area.

United States and Canada:

  • Colissimo home delivery: We ship your order within 2 to 3 days but customs controls may delay delivery. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number.

Payment of import taxes from France will be requested upon receipt for Canada.

Asia and Oceania:

  • Colissimo home delivery: We ship your order within 2 to 3 days but customs controls may delay delivery. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number.

Payment of import taxes from France will be requested upon receipt.

What are our preparation times?

Each order is processed on business days. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed during the following week. Our orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

You will receive an email confirming the processing of your order as soon as it is ready, as well as a confirmation of its shipment with a tracking number for your package.

How to return my order:

You have a withdrawal period of fourteen days from receipt to request a return. Products must not be used, damaged or soiled and must be returned in their original packaging. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply write to us indicating your order number and the reason for your return. Due to the classification of our products as hazardous materials, returns for orders shipped outside of France are at the customer's expense.
