Minalys x ICN: when Haute Parfumerie and a leading business school join forces
In February 2024, the Minalys Haute Parfumerie house initiated a strategic partnership with ICN Business School, following a significant visit from Florence Legros, the school's General Director, and Marie-France Clerc Girard, Director of the Art & Technology Department. This meeting led to a unique collaboration between a French niche perfume house and an internationally recognized major business school.
Local roots for global ambition
Located just a few hundred meters from the ICN Nancy campus, Minalys has become a privileged educational partner, particularly within the framework of the Artem (Art, Technology, Management) program. This collaboration allows students to work on real-world cases in the luxury perfume industry: branding, sales strategy, olfactory marketing, and the development of natural cosmetic products. Some groups have even made Minalys the focus of their promotional projects.
A partnership fostering innovation and openness
This partnership between Minalys and ICN promotes innovation, international openness, and the enhancement of French haute parfumerie expertise. With its campuses in Nancy, Paris, and Berlin, ICN attracts a diverse range of international students who enrich Minalys perfume house's perspectives with creative and global ideas.
Concrete and inspired creations
The results are tangible: a 4-page newspaper dedicated to Minalys, a play inspired by perfume, and the creation of a signature fragrance named ATM (Art, Technology & Management), crafted by Mina Gautier, founder of Minalys, to embody this synergy between artistic creation and entrepreneurial strategy.
A perfume house committed to transmission
Maison Minalys thus becomes a place for exchange, inspiration, and transmission, welcoming the talents of tomorrow, exclusive guests of the ICN Management, and affirming its local roots as much as its international ambition.
A collaboration that perfectly illustrates the DNA of Minalys: excellence, emotion, encounters, and innovation in the service of perfume.
